Adam Slovis

Adam Slovis is a Commercial Real Estate Broker licensed in the states of Tennessee and Mississippi with experience in providing brokerage, development and leasing services, and landlord/tenant representation throughout the United States. Prior to creating Slovis Commercial in 2006, Slovis was a representative with Memphis-based owner/developer Belz Enterprises where he was responsible for the leasing and brokerage of over 7.5 million square feet of retail space, as well as the leasing and brokerage services for office, warehouse and land transactions. Slovis specializes in transactions of all sizes and has spent years working on downtown Memphis redevelopment, historic properties, and new in-fill opportunities. Slovis provides consulting and real estate services for all aspects of the commercial real estate industry on a local, regional and national basis.

Benjamin H. Orgel
Commercial Real Estate Broker

Benjamin Orgel is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and has a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, he moved to Memphis to work at his family business Tower Ventures. When Benjamin was 16, he started a company called OFO, which buys easements under cell towers. Benjamin sold OFO in 2015. Benjamin also owns BHO, LLC where he owns two cell towers, does consulting work for the telecommunication industry and site acquisition work. Benjamin is also a Real Estate Broker with Slovis and Associates located in Memphis. Currently, he and his group just completed a renovation of the historic Tennessee Brewery built in 1890 and they are working on a 221-unit apartment complex in Midtown Memphis. Benjamin’s group is also building an office in downtown Memphis for FedEx Logistics global headquarters and developing 57 acres of land on the north side of downtown Memphis. Benjamin is a board member at his synagogue Temple Israel. Benjamin is also treasurer on the Downtown Memphis Commission board and a member of the Center City Development Corporation.
